Why we do this
We observe that numerous organizations have deviated from their noble and original purpose, demonstrating an inability to foster the growth of people, or doing so in a precarious manner.
The repercussions of this situation are deeply felt both at the institutional level, evidenced by a loss of identity, a lack of belonging, and a deterioration of the organizational climate and relationships, as well as at the personal level, characterized by stagnation in personal growth, moral decline, and health issues.
One of the main reasons for this crisis lies in the design of these institutions.
Communities are perfectly designed for the results they are getting. If we don't like the results, we need to redesign the communities.
We assert that promoting the comprehensive development of people within institutions requires a redesign of the ordinary elements that constitute their daily life and dynamics.
This redesign must prioritize the person over the outcomes, utility, or productivity. The most decisive factor in initiating and maintaining this redesign is leadership. Leaders are the ones who can shape the structural elements of a community.
An effective way to cultivate such leadership is by creating and promoting communities of leaders, where collaboration and mutual learning empower individuals to strategically and intentionally redesign their communities.
