Executive Programs

vLACE

vLACE is a blended learning program for leaders of education centers. Each workshop is led by a facilitator who, through videos, interactive activities, readings and reflections, seeks to generate a community of practice with the participants.

Focused Programs

Instituto PRIMED

The PRIMED℠ Institute is a five-day immersion experience in character education. We invite leadership teams to spend a few days together, in a climate of trust, reflecting and dialoguing about what can make their schools places where character development is promoted in a strategic and intentional way.

What are the different services available?

Our programs are offered in Spanish for Spanish-speaking countries and in English for the rest of the countries. If we have a facilitator in the country we can offer an adapted version in the language of that country.

Can I take these programs online?

Our programs are always attended in person. We consider it essential for the purpose of each program.

Is it necessary to take both programs: PRIMED Institute (focused program) and vLACE (executive program)?

The PRIMED Institute and vLACE are not dependent on each other to achieve their objectives. They can be pursued independently in a satisfactory manner. However, they are complementary programs. Most of our participants have taken them in succession.

I want to take both the executive and the focused program, which one should I start with?

Our experience is that the expected results are obtained both when leaders start with the executive program and when they start with the focused program. Each option has its advantages and disadvantages. Given the difficulty of time constraints, we recommend that you do what works best for your circumstances.
